Shops and dining are within walking distance, while Coconut Viewpoint, at 1000 m, gives a higher vantage over the coast. The villas look across the bay towards the island’s western sunset horizon.

Koh Tao has no airport, so arrival is by ferry at Mae Haad. Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier is 2.4 km away; from there you can take an island taxi or ask the team to help arrange transport. The drive from Mae Haad Pier takes about five minutes. Free private parking is available on site without reservation, and you are asked to provide your expected arrival time in advance; check-in is from 12:00 to 20:00. The island’s roads connect Sairee with Mae Haad and the southern and eastern bays.

From Sairee, you can snorkel or dive around Koh Tao, or hike inland; diving and snorkelling are among the activities available at the villas. Ao Hin Wong is 1.8 km away and Ao Muang (mango bay) is 1.9 km away on the north-eastern side, where coral lies close to shore. Nangyuan Island, 2.5 km away, is a popular excursion from Sairee, with long-tail boats taking around 10–20 minutes and a sandbar joining its small islets. Sairee and the west coast are generally calmer from November to March; from April to October, the east-coast bays are usually calmer. Guests also praise the sunset views across the Gulf.
